01 — The Brief & The Design
We listen first. Then we draw.
Every project starts with a conversation — not a portfolio. We understand the family, the lifestyle, the way light moves through the day. Only then do we propose.
For East Legon, the client wanted a private villa that felt warm but expansive. Open public spaces during the day, intimate private quarters at night. Our design proposal came in four space studies — bedroom, bathroom, dining, and hall — each calibrated to that single brief.
02 — The Materials
From China factory floors to a Ghana villa.
Once the design is approved, we move into our 26-year specialty: cross-border material delivery. Production, painting, packing, inspection, container loading. Every shipment timed to the construction phase. Every container packed to maximize what arrives intact.
03 — On Site
Where China meets Ghana.
The materials arrive in Tema port, clear customs, travel inland. On site, our supervision teams work side-by-side with local craftsmen — translating Chinese factory specifications into Ghana installation reality. The villa comes together. The concept becomes a home.
