The brief

A five-bedroom villa in Adjiringanor for a family, with the structure complete and a double-height entrance hall around the main stair. The owner asked for a Premium-tier interior that would work hard for daily family life: a large kitchen, wardrobes in every bedroom, hard-wearing floors, and a living room with integrated lighting and smart controls. The entrance stair was to be treated as a feature.

Challenges and how we handled them

• Stair and hall geometry. Typical for a feature stair, the measured dimensions matter to the millimetre. The stair was surveyed separately and the production drawings checked against site before manufacture.
• Smart controls and wiring. Lighting control depends on the electrician's first-fix. Wiring diagrams were issued at design stage so the local contractor could pull cables before the fittings arrived.
• Clearance timing. A larger container load means more lines on the customs declaration. The packing list and invoice were prepared to match the declaration so Tema clearance did not stall on paperwork.

Result

A five-bedroom family villa delivered as a finished interior in 13 weeks: a feature entrance stair, a living room with integrated lighting control, a family kitchen and fitted wardrobes in every bedroom, all coordinated through one Premium-tier order and installed under supervision.
