Decoropic, the brand of Foshan Home Style Import & Export Co., Ltd., founded in 2011 in Foshan, helps developers and contractors define a standard unit specification, source it across categories, check it in our Foshan warehouse and ship it in planned batches. Our Accra team measures sites in Ghana; for projects elsewhere we work from drawings and video walk-throughs.

How we deliver
- Measurement. In Ghana our Accra team measures a sample of each unit type and the common areas. For overseas blocks we work from your floor plans plus a video walk-through of a completed shell.
- Budget-led design. The Foshan design desk prepares the unit specification in 2–3 price tiers, so you can match the finish level to your sales price or rent.
- Sourcing. Each category comes from the Foshan or Guangdong factory that makes it, with the same specification repeated across all units.
- QC and consolidation. Our Foshan warehouse checks quantities and visible defects against the unit schedule, then packs goods by unit type or floor.
- Shipment and clearance. Ghana shipments are cleared at Tema port through our clearing partners. For other markets we ship through your nominated forwarder. Large blocks can be shipped in phases to match your construction programme.
- Installation support. Our Ghana site supervisors help your installers fit the first units correctly. Overseas teams receive drawings, video guides and a WhatsApp line.

- Yes. Studios, two-bedroom and penthouse units can each have their own specification. We keep a separate schedule and packing list for each type.
- Do you supply apartment projects outside Ghana?
- Yes. We work on overseas projects worldwide. Outside Ghana, goods go through your nominated forwarder, and installation support is provided through drawings, video guides and WhatsApp.
