The brief
A new villa in Trasacco Valley, with Decoropic working alongside the architect from the foundation stage so that the interior could be designed and sourced in parallel with construction. The centrepiece is a double-height living room opening onto the kitchen.

Challenges and how we handled them
- Designing from drawings. Typical for a new build, early measurements come from the architect rather than the site. Made-to-measure items were held until walls were plastered and verified, while tiles and sanitaryware were ordered from drawings.
- Coordination with the builder. Interior finishes depend on the builder's sequence. Delivery was phased so floors arrived before joinery and lighting, and the Accra team kept the installation plan aligned with the builder's programme.
- Double-height space. Lighting at height needs scaffolding and specialist fixing, so it was installed while the builder's access was still in place.
Result
A Luxury-tier villa interior delivered in step with a four-month build and shipped in three containers, with a double-height living room, a custom kitchen and fully fitted bedrooms and bathrooms arriving on site when the builder needed them.
