A hotel order starts from a room type schedule, not a product catalogue.

Room type list — number of keys per type (standard, deluxe, suite) and the room dimensions.
Mood or reference images — or a designer's FF&E schedule if one exists.
Tier selection — Functional for budget or business hotels, Mid-Range for 3–4 star, Premium for upscale.
Model room — we produce one room set first for approval; production of all keys follows sign-off.
Shop drawings — every casegood piece dimensioned, with finish and hardware codes.

The model-room step is the point where most issues get caught: headboard height against the socket positions, wardrobe depth against the room width, desk cable management. It is worth the extra two to three weeks.

Durability requirements for hotel use

Hotel furniture is specified differently from residential. Ask for, and we will provide: moisture-resistant board for wet-climate sites, high-pressure laminate or lacquer on high-wear surfaces, commercial-grade drawer runners and hinges, contract-grade upholstery fabrics, and sanitaryware with replaceable cartridges and locally available spare parts. Finish samples are sent before the model room.

Spares and after-sales

A hotel order should include an attic stock of consumable and high-wear items so housekeeping and maintenance are not waiting on a container: mixer cartridges, drawer runners, hinges, toilet seats, lamp drivers, a few spare headboards and chairs, and 3–5 percent extra tiles per type. We list spares as separate lines on the packing list so they are stored, not installed. Replacement parts for later years are ordered the same way, by WhatsApp with the original order reference, and shipped LCL or by air.

FAQ

Do you supply a model room before full production? Yes. One complete room set is produced, photographed and, if you wish, shipped ahead for approval before all keys go into production.

Can furniture be shipped assembled? Casegoods are shipped assembled where the piece is rigid (nightstands, desks) and knock-down where it saves significant volume (wardrobes, headboards). The packing list states which.

Who installs? Your fit-out contractor. We provide installation drawings per room type and video guides; our team is available by WhatsApp during installation.

What payment terms apply to a hotel order? T/T or L/C. Large orders are normally structured with a deposit, a payment on model-room approval and the balance before each shipment; the schedule is confirmed on your quote.
