- 01Drawings and video walk-through. You send drawings; we review the site by video call to confirm sizes and openings.
- 02Product list and quotation. We prepare a category-by-category list for approval.
- 03Sourcing and QC in Foshan. Goods are checked for quantity, size and visible defects at our warehouse.
- 04Consolidation. All categories are loaded into one or more containers, with a packing list and a photo record.
- 05Shipment to your port. We ship with your nominated forwarder or one we recommend.
- 06Installation support. Your installers get drawings, video guides and a WhatsApp line to our team.
Import notes
- Confirm with your clearing agent which documents are required, such as a certificate of origin, before goods are shipped.
- Match descriptions and quantities across the invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
- Specify for heat, humidity and salt air: moisture-resistant cabinet boards, corrosion-resistant hardware and suitable outdoor tiles.
- Transshipment adds time and handling; pack fragile items such as glass and sanitaryware accordingly.
- Agree early who handles clearing and inland haulage at destination.
