The brief
A three-bedroom penthouse in Cantonments, delivered by the developer as a bare shell with services in place. The owner wanted an open-plan living and kitchen area, three fitted bedrooms and two finished bathrooms, at a budget below a full Premium scheme but above the developer's standard finish. The Mid-Range tier set that balance across tiles, kitchen, sanitaryware, doors and furniture.

Challenges and how we handled them
- Access. Typical for apartment projects, the lift limits the size of any single carton. Kitchen and wardrobe units were packed in sizes that fit the lift and assembled on the floor rather than in the factory.
- Measurement variance. Shell dimensions were confirmed on site before the kitchen went into production, and the bathrooms were re-checked after waterproofing so the fittings went in first time.
- Building rules. Shared buildings often restrict working hours and loading times. The installation plan was set with building management before the container arrived in Tema.
Result
The penthouse went from shell to finished home in 11 weeks, with open-plan living, three fitted bedrooms and two complete bathrooms delivered as one order.
